Ross joined Northcape in 2009 and co-manages Northcape's AU$8 billion Global Emerging Markets fund, which has outperformed the MSCI EM index by an average 4.4% per annum since inception 18 years ago.

Before joining Northcape, Ross worked at Capital Partners (now CP2) covering a broad range of sectors including financials, industrials and infrastructure. Ross worked in Tokyo for seven years and is fluent in Japanese.
